Bio
Los Mitoteros are a Milwaukee-based Latin ensemble built around rhythm, melody, and a little beautiful chaos. The core group moves like a tight band—drums, congas, bass, guitar, and keys—then expands or strips down depending on the room, with a rotating horn section when the moment calls for it. Rooted in Latin jazz but never stuck there, their sets weave cumbia, boleros, bossa, and regional Mexican influences into something dance-forward and distinctly live—grooves that stretch, turn, and snap back into the pocket.
For bookings, the band can scale from a lean lineup to a bigger stage-ready configuration, making them a strong fit for festivals, venue nights, and corporate/private events where you want something vibrant, rhythmic, and unmistakably human.
